How Zystems handles information on this site and in the work we do for clients.

This policy explains how Zystems LLC ("Zystems," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through our website at zystems.ai and its subdomains (the "Site") and in the demand-system services we provide to businesses (the "Services").

What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, business email, company, job title, and whatever else you share when you book a call, use one of our tools, subscribe to our emails, or write to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to record pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use analytics to understand how the Site is used, and advertising platforms' tags to measure and retarget our own ads.
Visitor identification. We use third-party providers that may identify the company and, in some cases, the business contact behind a visit to the Site. Those providers may keep that information under their own privacy policies.
Business data from other sources. We may receive business contact and company information from data providers and public sources, for B2B marketing.
Almost everything we handle is business contact information about people in their professional capacity. We don't knowingly collect sensitive personal data.

How we use it
To run and improve the Site, our tools, and the Services;
To respond to you, follow up on calls, and send marketing you can unsubscribe from at any time;
To measure and target our own advertising;
To keep the Site secure and comply with the law.

How we share it
We share information with service providers that help us run the Site and the Services, under contract; with visitor identification providers and advertising platforms, as described above; and where the law requires it or in a merger, financing, or sale of the business. We don't sell personal information for money, though some U.S. state laws may treat our use of advertising and visitor identification tools as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out by emailing hi@zystems.ai.

Work we do for clients
When we run a demand system for a client, the client decides how its data is used, and we act on its behalf under our agreement with it. The tools we operate run in accounts the client owns, or in accounts we set up and hand over to it, or, where a client has no tool of its own, in accounts of ours used only for that client. Outreach and paid media run in the client's name, through partners we contract with.
We may use client data to improve our Services and for analytics and benchmarking, including through third-party AI providers. We don't use one client's data to build profiles or audiences for another, and the leads we generate for a client are for that client alone: we never share, sell, or pass them to another client. Some third-party tools we use may also use data to improve their own products, under their own terms.
If you were contacted on behalf of one of our clients, or identified on a client's website, that client is the right place to exercise your rights. If you contact us instead, we'll pass your request on.

Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hi@zystems.ai. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in each one, and control cookies through your browser.
Visitor identification providers keep their own databases. To be removed from them, opt out with the provider directly; email us and we'll tell you which providers we use. We can also suppress you from our own outreach.

Retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and may keep a minimal record of an opt-out so we can honor it. We use reasonable measures to protect it, though no system is completely secure.

Children
The Site and Services are for businesses and aren't directed to anyone under 16.
