These terms govern your use of zystems.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"), our free tools, and strategy calls, all provided by Zystems LLC ("Zystems," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. Paid engagements are governed by our Client Services Agreement and the order signed under it, not by these terms.

The Site is for businesses, and you must be at least 18 to use it. Don't use it to break the law, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or scrape or copy our content.

Free tools and strategy calls
Our free tools and strategy calls come at no charge and with no obligation to buy. You may use a tool's output for your own business. The tools, and the methods and data behind them, stay ours; please don't copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Estimates, not guarantees
Figures, projections, and recommendations from our tools, calls, or content are estimates based on the information available to us. They aren't promises of any result.

The Site, our tools, the Zystems name and logo, and our methods and materials belong to us.

The Site links to sites and services we don't control, and we aren't responsible for them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, and any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts in Massachusetts.
